I’m not a doctor or an expert. But I have a knack for sifting through information, finding the good stuff, and summarizing it succinctly; I like to be helpful; and I think there’s a lot of misinformation out there. I’m also keeping this blog because I have friends and family that may want to follow me on my journey, or contribute to the discussion.
